Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

We provide thorough inspection and testing of electrical installations for homeowners, first-time buyers, landlords, and mortgage lenders. Where issues are identified, we provide a detailed report with photos and a clear quote for any necessary rectification, ensuring safety and compliance.

Urgent Electrical Assistance

Electrical issues rarely arise at a convenient time. When urgent attention is required, we take a methodical approach to identify and resolve faults, keeping clients informed throughout and making decisions guided by safety and reliability.

Consumer Unit

We install and upgrade consumer units to meet current regulations. On completion, an electrical installation certificate(EIC) is provided.
